"I called Dennis as our garbage disposal quit working. He could have come and installed a new one but offered to walk me through a diagnosis over the phone. 10 minutes later, I was back up and running. Very nice guy and super helpful. Despite never meeting in person, I'll absolutely be using him moving forward with any plumbing needs we have. Side note: The only negative review listed is from a person who ONLY leaves 1 star negative reviews. Just fyi...."

"Realized on a Friday night our 75 gallon natural gas water heater had a major leak.Called Dennis and he answered his phone on a Friday after hours which is rare here. He not only found us a 75 gallon one which are usually special order but he arrived early Monday morning just like he said and had us up and running again quickly. We will always call Dennis with any plumbing problem. Plus he is a really nice man and funny too."
