Very knowledgeable and helpful as I tried to get my teenage daughter’s radiator repaired from 2800 miles away. The receptionist on the other hand was rude, unprofessional and unnecessary aggressive. Even as I tried to be midwest nice to her she doubled down. After Mike called to say the vehicle was done and gave me the price she called right back to say it was actually $50 more than he said. Started with a very competent receptionist answering questions and making appointment(Tammy). Arrived and had a very complete written estimate within 15 minutes. We had a tight schedule but the team was able to complete the job before the end of day. They gave a ride to our hotel and picked us up when job was done, I couldn’t be more pleased. The job cost exactly what the estimate stated. I may have got the job done a little cheaper but the professional approach and great service was well worth it."
