"My first time here or even and I must say I was impressed! I got there right before closing and there was one teller working with a very difficult customer and another teller starting to close up her drawer. When the teller saw me they put the drawer back and proceeded to help me! Shout out to Ana!!"

"This is the worst check cashing place I have ever been to I was assisted by a fat lady with red hair and an angel tattoo blasted on her chest (already disrespectful) I Came in to cash in a cashiers check for 2 thousand dollars Not only did she have me sit down for over an hour Waiting on her and it was not busy at all there was 2 people ahead of me being Assisted by other employees. Not only that she made rude faces and remarks at the customers her coworkers were assisting After she counted and gave me my money. I didn't go deposit my money into the bank right away Because it was friday and there was long lines around 6:30 I realized they had only given me 1,000 all in $50 meaning I was missing $900 I called the store back and the the same lady answered I asked to speak with a manager and she demanded to know who was calling (weird) I then let the manager Ana know I was missing $900 she said to make my way back and she would start counting her boxes to make sure when I arrived I was immediately told to take a seat I got no apology no eye contact nothing I then expressed to the Manger that I felt her employee was stealing from me because the whole situation was off and weird my Receipt had my correct amount but no name was on the receipt the fat Lady then processed to yell at me and tell me that "she doesn't need my LITTLE $900" Repeatedly the Manger instead of removing her from the situation the defends her and said it's possible that she could have had a little mistake. A little mistake would be 20, 40, or maybe even 50 missing this was not little mistake $900 is a big "mistake" the GM was not at the store when this happened I was given my money back but I feel the manager and gm should still check the cameras because I truly feel this was not a mistake and it was planned my mother works As a Manger at pls check cashiers and after speaking to her about the situation this place needs to retrain there employees or higher people with better customer service skills"

"best experience ive had at any cash checking business. as soon as i walked in i was not only greeted by a female employee with a smile but also informed that someone would be with me shortly. soon after, another employee, Ana, helped me cash my check. she was fast, efficient, and friendly from start to finish. great teamwork with the three who were working Dec 5, 2023 6PM @ this location. you all supported eachother well. thanks Ana!"
