"I was at this pawnshop this morning, looking at their clearance section. I noticed that they had an Oscillating sander, and a joiner on clearance. These items both had been in the store for almost a year. On the price, they have a rolling scale. I offered a fair price based on the rolling scale for both items. Both the manager and the assistant manager gave me an attitude. I advise him that I used to work for the company and I understand how they price things and how their price scale works. Their attitude became worse. It’s pretty sad. This used to be very ethical and used to take care of their customers, At least they did when I worked there. Now it’s just a money grab. You shouldn’t post prices on items if they’re not priced at those dollar amounts. It’s unfortunate that they conducted themselves this way. I’m in the process of starting a small woodworking business, and I will not be buying my tools from this company."

"Oh my gosh, I’ve heard horror stories of pawn shops and how they rip you off — BUT THIS PAWN SHOP? They were so corroborative, collaborative, really gave us the best price for the items we wanted to sell. I was helped out by these two lovely women, Jasmine and Jackie. Jasmine really worked with us and was throughout to make sure our items were legit! Just like all of their selectively awesome items. You can find anything from tools to rings to guitars, etc. Jackie allowed me to try on different rings for that special milestone in my life. She was supper resourceful with sizing and where I could get it resized, knowledgeable about different cuts of diamonds, and explained how they had an amazing payment plan! Honestly, I don’t ever write reviews but, Jasmine and Jackie really made that place feel so welcoming and just were overall helpful and amazing!! Thank you again and I’ll see you all soon(:"

"Do not go here! I've been going here for years, And I just went online to renew some things and all of my pawns are gone, Do not renew things online, I renewed all of these things online. The only proof I have is the payment on my debit card, Because they conveniently cleared out all of the history of my pawns online. Do not go here. Awful customer service, It used to be great."
