In your contract you state I have received a copy and in fact did not get a copy til a week later Clicked my signature over 100 times and when I call them and tell them I'm not paying their fraud company they threaten me I know they are not in the US and sure they would rather settle this. I have sent all my evidence and paperwork off to the AG. More to come."

"Lee is a very unprofessional person, I been going through financial hardship payment arrangements always paying my bill. They’ve turned my car off numerous times. Bad customer service. Lee over talks, yells, and is very rude. They are always saying one thing and when you speak to her she says it’s not true and “it is what it is”. VERY RUDE. I don’t have any information about my contracts, they’ve refused to send me any information. I have plates and titles expired from them within the first 8 months of having the car. They haven’t helped me with that either. I have filed 2 BBB complaints on them. Please get this company shut down. All they do is LIE AND MAKE YOU PAY AND DON’T Help. I made a payment on time I’m full for 2-3 months in a row and need to make a payment arrangement and they said no. They do not work with you AT ALL."

"They shut off my car when I made my first payment but I did not email them my receipt. When I had a day of hell trying to figure out to pay them!! The only way I could have was physically going to Well Fargo to make a payment. They say you can use Zelle but found out you can. The other online portal makes you verify your identity by using a QR code and he was impossible to do. I am extremely disappointed that I went to BNG auto and finance through this company. I am refinancing as soon as possible"

"I would give 0 stars if I could. My client has had Full Coverage on her car ever since she got the vehicle. We provided proof that she has the appropriate coverage and they STILL are charging her for insurance through them. Even when I provided proof that she has had full coverage for the past year they refuse to refund her the extra charges for "not having insurance." DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE."

"This company repairs cars staff is a total joke you buy the car they shut off your car for no reason check engine light from the time I got the car they knew a hose needed to be fixed never replaced it can't get my emissions to pass bring it to them gonna have to keep your car overnight because we're understaffed well if you'd had fixed it properly 3 weeks ago when I was here we wouldn't be here im gonna to the attorney generals office places like this need to be shut down! You make your payments faithfully but that doesn't matter them. The staff is rude as hell and barely able to understand what you're saying never again don't ever use this company it SUCKS"
