"Started with this bank 3 years ago and had some minor despondents. I had considered closing my account. But this time, I'm done! Josh the manager needs to go back to customer service training. Hands down the rudest bank employee I've ever encountered. And I bank with several banks and been banking for decades. The man literally raised his voice at me in the middle of the lobby. Very embarrassing for him, since I was the only customer in the branch at the time. The app is subpar and will not notify you of transactions when it's convenient for them. I would not bank with them, especially at a branch Josh is in charge of. If I can give negative stars I would...... Negative 2 stars Josh.... Negative 2 stars. I absolutely feel ripped off. Not a good feeling when you're dealing with a bank!"

From the warm and friendly greetings when I walk in, to the very patient, informative and extremely helpful service I receive each and every visit! "MIDFIRST BANK I love there attentiveness to my needs. Branch Manager Wendy Adams was surprisingly efficient and helpful. What a difference from Chase. Chase: "we can't answer a question right now, very busy. Can we give you an appointment next week." I love their building, so relaxing and overstuffed luxurious leather lounge. Waterfalls at entrance and spacious and beautiful. What a treat to just relax there with iced water. BEST experience I ever had."

"I have banked with MidFirst for 6 years and I not only like MidFirst, but I love this branch in particular. The staff is friendly. They know you by name (and I am certainly no VIP). When was the last time you went to a bank and could speak with the branch manager? You cant remember....... because it no longer happens. I was with two other big Banks for 25 years and I have been so glad that I switched. I don't do a lot of reviews, but sometimes you need to. I could be a salesman for this bank, as I enjoy it that much. This branch is a 5 star and I appreciate it."
