"Called before coming into the store, bc I was coming from chandler. I called asking what was needed for a loan. Which I had everything with me on my phone, Was told just needed proof of whatever. Never was told to print out physically everything on paper to even get started. Waited in line for 20 mins just to be told this, couldn’t email any of the paperwork. Really upset the communication is not there. Now a days u can email everything . So I felt this is something to tell me over the phone to save everyone’s time."
