"I love Buena pet clinic, specifically Halbach though. He is direct but in a professional and kind way. No nonsense, no judgement, and he understands when you're on a budget, and doesn't do any unnecessary tests. He truly cares for the pets. I recommend him to all my friends, whole heartedly. Be weary of other vets there though- I saw another vet there (don't remember his name) when Halbach was out, and he was so judgemental and rude he made me cry. Other than that, staff there is friendly and responsive. I've gotten next day appointments when truly needed. Seriously, he's the only vet in Tucson I trust."

"I found Buena Pet Clinic sort of by accident -- I had to take my dog to the emergency 24 hour pet clinic one night and they suggested Buena Pet Clinic (which was nearby) for follow-up. To begin with, I was impressed by the clean, modern facility, and (lots of) friendly staff. I didn't have a recommendation for a specific vet, so was assigned to Dr. Kenneth Halbach DVM, who turned out to be an "old-school" livestock-vet-turned-petvet ;~) So while lacking any actual experience with him to that point, his manner and knowledge inspired complete trust and confidence! My intuition was correct, and my dog has been his patient since 2016, when he was a year old. And though he's had only minor health issues (sensitive digestion,) Dr. Halbach's no nonsense approach to veterinary medicine has made him my kind of vet -- and my dog likes/trusts him too!"
