"I found this veterinary clinic because of its 5 star rating and boy was that spot on! We are new to the area and I had a sick little dog and was able to get in that very day I called. We were greeted by a super friendly lady at the front desk. Followed by a very thorough question and answer by the vet tech. She explained everything so clearly. Then the Veterinarian came in and did an exam on my dog. She explained the procedures/processes we could take to figure out what was going on with dog. She was so gentle and you could tell she loved her job and the animals she took care of! Thank you"

"This was a new patient appointment to establish care as we are new to the area. The office is Very organized, clean and they are conscious of keeping appointments on schedule yet willing to spend time with me for questions. I did respond to a Pre-visit questionnaire via email prior to arrival to answer questions about my dog’s past history. However, it appeared that the meds information and a prior veterinary visit in October at another vet clinic was not reviewed as I needed to reiterate information. Overall, however i feel confident in Dr Jobe’s care. I happy to have found The Bailey Veterinary Medical Center and will return."

"Dr Jobe and her staff were magnificent - Our initial appointment was made promptly, and we encountered an exceptionally professional practice. They took a great deal of time to ensure they had a thorough and accurate medical record of my two Labradors, and that their vaccines were up-to-date. Dr Jobe did a very thorough history and physical exam, and I never felt rushed. She gave us some great anticipatory guidance on joint care as well. I feel I have found a "home" here at The Bailey. I refuse to deal with ANY practice that has sold their souls to "private equity." I know my Labs will be very well cared for in this totally veterinarian-owned practice."
