"Just like other people are reviewing this bank I’ve had the same problem. I was even able to send in a payment early instead of them applying it towards my monthly payment, they used it for late fees. Therefore I’m still a month behind and are still charging me late fees. They’re more of a loanshark then a bank. Everybody beware. And their so-called manager Colin S. has absolutely no empathy or customer service. In fact, he’s very rude And told me that’s how their system works. I can’t believe that in 2020 there are still banks with such poor customer service."

"I own a tidy small business. 22 employees. COVID-19 is having an effect. My personal and commercial bank, WF, couldn't take PPP loans at first because of their financial malfeasance in the past.
