"I don’t even want to give this bank a star, but I will give a review on it. I was late six days of making my payment didn’t even realize it because of the holiday. However, I made my payment paid the late fee two months later they reported me 30 days late And then wanted to argue about it when my payments due on the 25th paid on the 31st over 60 days later they reported to the credit bureau that I was 30 days late on a zero dollar balance. I don’t suggest anyone bank with this place as they have no clue how to count 30 days."

"This credit union dropped the ball on closing an old account of mine, they charged me fees on an account with $0.00 in it for over a year and refused to waive the fees by just quoting policy. Even after escalating this to a manager, the poor branch employees are powerless (or spineless) to fix their own mistake. I originally had closed the account after multiple issues with the direct deposit system. It's a hot mess there so I'd suggest picking any other bank."

I worked directly with Sarah, who is awesome in every sense of the word. I refinanced my auto loan with an amazing interest rate, and to top it off, I signed up for everything through video chat! I was stuck in the hospital so this option what amazing, and it worked flawlessly. I was also approved for a credit card, which will be nice to have in case of emergencies.
