"Most of the time the staff is very friendly and helpful. Twice I didnt have my DL with me and I needed to pull money out of my savings account. I went through the drive thru both times, the first time the lady was very kind and helpful, assured me I didn't need it as they have my picture on file already and that was sufficient. I Loved it as that was so convenient. The second time that happened the lady refused to help me unless I walked into the lobby, and was less than nice. I was heated that day. Otherwise very satisfied."
