"I'd like to share an experience we had with Glen's Mobile Repair and Towing recently regarding my son's scooter. It's important to provide feedback to help improve services, so here's our story. During the Christmas holidays, there was an issue with my son's scooter, which was parked in front of a house he was renting a room in St. George. Someone had reported it as an abandoned vehicle, which wasn't accurate since my son had left town for Christmas. The situation could have been handled differently. When the owner of the house tried to move the scooter onto their property to prevent towing, they encountered resistance from Glen's Mobile Repair and Towing. They refused to allow the scooter to be moved, resulting in its unnecessary towing, which inconvenienced everyone during the holidays. Ultimately, only the person to whom the scooter was titled could retrieve it, and it cost over $800, which was a significant financial burden. We understand that towing companies have their procedures, but we hope for a more empathetic approach, especially during the holiday season. "This place is vary unprofessional . I would not recommend at all I would rather pay the competitor more money for better service. They like to go in your car and take your things !and when you ask them about it they claim it wasn't them , so I asked to speak to the Owner and they said "I can take your name and number" so I asked would the owner actually call me back they said I don't know if he would or wouldn't so then what would be the point of having my information??? They went into our vehicle and STOLD FROM US !!! So why would they do the same to you ? Also the lady that would answer the phone has an attitude as if they have this conversation with others on a daily basis. This is horrible service would not recommend at all if I could give it something worse then a one star I would . It's a real shame that the owner wouldn't get back to us at all and only avoided our calls . I wish he would be more of a man and just talk to us for five minutes but he just hides behind his secretary . I just hope that this comment can help some one out in the future because it sucks when u get kicked and you are all ready down on your luck ."
