"A year ago my mom hit a deer causing damage to my truck. I chose D & D to do the repairs due to them being able to get me in quick. After repairing my truck, I noticed several things that were missed. I informed them and they were great working with me at that time and getting me in. The owner was very friendly and seemed to care at that time. When it got done the second time there were still things missed, informed them and they were great about getting me in again. The third time, still things not fixed correctly. After that they have been difficult getting a hold of and wanted more money to fix things that should have been fixed the first time. There wasn’t anything new I was wanting fixed, only problems that occurred during that accident that should have been fixed the first time. The hood has two decent sized dents that are noticeable in the light (the hood was smashed if from the deer,) under the driver side headlight there are chips and sanding marks on the paint (this part was completely replaced,) the grill is still not aligned correctly, and the wheel well plastic is loose it wasn’t secured properly as noted in the picture's (this was replaced as well.) These are little things, but when a shop gets paid thousands of dollars to repair a vehicle it should be in the shape it was in before the accident, not slopped together. These pictures were taken after I got it back the last time."

"These guys did an awesome job! When I was a kid I called a whole bunch of auto shops to see if they would repaint my bicycle and none of them would except one shop. Fast forward about 10 years later after my accident I was looking for a good auto body shop and D & D Autoworks was the top shop that popped up and they had really good reviews. Funny enough it was the same shop that I had taken my bike to when I was a kid and these guys did a great job on my vehicle. You can’t even tell the accident happed and they did an excellent job matching the paint. When I went to pick it up they explained the whole process and I knew they were really striving to do the best job they possibly could for me which I really appreciated.
