"Southern Utah Leak Detection Specialists are incredibly dishonest people and are not good at detecting leaks. Our experience with them trying to fix a leak in our pool went horribly wrong. Not only did they NOT fix the leak (that we ended up troubleshooting and fixing ourselves) but we were charged full price for it. We asked them to negotiate pricing and when they said no, we disputed the bill with our credit card company. Southern Utah Leak Specialists then decided to negotiate and “gave us their word” that they would send us the refunded amount, but they completely lied and will not send our money. They will not answer our phone calls and are complete corrupt with their behavior. Huge disappointment because the guy Dave seemed so great and seemed honorable."
