"I called in gave the tech some information about my TV and they told me to buy a new one. End of call. I looked up how to fix it online diagnosed the issue board and replaced it. Now my TV works again. I guess I should be greatful that they gave me the opportunity to learn a new skill so I will give them two stars."

"Similar experience as everyone else here. We're coming up on 4 months of a broken tv with no end in sight. The repairmen have come out 3 times to our house and it's been a nightmare trying to get something worked out. LG eventually said to cancel the order with them and they will find a new company to fulfill the warranty work. Blows my mind a company can stay in business and operate like this. If your TV company recommends using them, request another one as it may never get fixed!"

"#1 This guy might be a professional nose picker on his best day. #2 He had our tv for months and could never diagnose it. #3 He lied right to my face in order to collect more money and then denied his statement. #4 You may have more success sending your t.v. to bubbles the chimp, he has better communication skills too."

"While these guys are really nice guys, the communication has been less than helpful. I have had to continuously call to find out what the status is. If they would just pick up the phone and call me and let me know that Mitsubishi had called them and that they weren't going to do the work I could have saved a couple of days. It's really frustrating."
