"7 hour wait for grooming. I was the 2nd person to arrive at 7am ended up being 4th on the list. Hadn't received a call for pickup 6 hours later, drove down, was told, person ahead of me wanted a scissor cut and she rolled her eyes and said 30 minutes. My little 5 lb. Doggy still had not had his nails trimmed or a haircut. Waited another 30 minutes after a rush job, my dogs nails were cut unevenly and were not grinded as usual. Very disappointed."

As this was my first time ever leaving her, I was nervous, but as soon as we walked in and I saw my usually hesitant girl relaxed and happy, I knew she was in good hands. The owners are amazing and have worked with me when I needed to unexpectedly extend. Not needing to worry about my baby during difficult times has been a true blessing."
