"We took or 10 year old, recently adopted traumatized Chihuahua for a check up, shots, and nail trim here a couple of weeks ago. We can't pick him up without him having a fit and had to bring him in a carrier. After explaining the situation to our Vet, he was amazing. He handled our little Chi so gently that he calmed down and was able to complete, exam, shots and nail trim with little to no fuss. "Unfortunately I am at that precipice that pet owners dread. Deciding on last chance treatment over euthanizing. Dr. Hartman and her staff have been amazing especially vet tech Tess. She and Oliver sat on the floor with my Clover for hours watching over her as I would have. Tess was extremely thorough and compassionate, she is an awesome human being. Dr. Hartman has also been extremely thorough, does not rush me, and answers all of my questions. These are the people you want taking care of your loved ones."
