"I would avoid this place at all costs. I brought in a brand new 10oz silver bar in to have pawned. I asked for $210.00. They looked it up, and said they can do $240.00, but they need to do a scratch test. Reluctantly, I agreed. After they determined it was authentic, the gentleman I was dealing with went to his manager for final approval. The manager came over and said all she'd do is $120. Half the original quote. I said, before you scratched my brand new bar the price was $240, and now it's $120? The manager rolled her eyes and said I'm not going to argue with you, just before she walked away while I was trying to plead my case. I believe they call that a bait and switch. So I grabbed my bar off the counter, very frustrated with the nasty gash they left never to return. I wouldn't recommend this place."

"First time selling in a pawn shop and I was treated with honesty, respect and fairness. They walked me through the whole process and explained the reasons why they offered the prices they did and made sure I was completely comfortable before we proceeded with the sale. Hannah in particular was very lovely and made this experience much less nerve-wracking then I thought it would be. She never rushed me and was very professional with everything."

"The employees have always been helpful and informative, and honest about the condition of any items I've purchased. The layaway terms are reasonable, with no surcharges or interest. Obviously, as a pawn shop, the condition and selection of items is going to vary a bunch, and any item you buy is basically an as-is kind of situation unless you pay 5% extra for a guarantee. I think they may have a 24 hour return policy otherwise, but I've never needed to take advantage of it. This is literally the closest shop of any kind to my home, so I'm in here all the time, and find them to be one of the best pawn shops I've been in, and I've been to many here in Tucson and in Las Vegas (including the one on Pawn Stars)."

"Friendly staff. They do have a very large selection. From video consoles and games, to even a motorcycle! The atmosphere was also very clean compared to other pawn shops I have been in. I think a big con was the prices were pretty high compared to some others in the area."
