However, the last two weeks in our efforts to open business accounts, they seem to be very lost, and unskilled in their ability to service our needs. Even to the point of rescheduling, an appointment to reconvene only for us to find out that day scheduled the wrong time. The branch manager and team on 67th Ave. seems very lost when it comes to business service."
"Don't bank here. Services are terrible! I've been here since 2013. I was charged a fee, for a mistake they caused. The call center refused to give my money back. The bank manager did as well. I went to BMO Harris. I suggest to go there as well. I was offer a $500 bonus for setting up direct deposit after 90 days."
