"I was calling with some specific Qs regarding some preliminary guidance in a present endeavor that is being processed and was also getting information as I would like to begin investing under guidance of a financial advisor in the near future. Whomever I spoke with was guarded, skeptical, and dismissive. He informed me he would be unable to help. After I explained a few things he could have merely asked to better understand my situation, his subsequent answers were seemingly disingenuous and condescending. I have now spoken to three other financial advisors in the same capacity and have had far superior experiences with those firms. Your website looked very promising but other than the first call to direct me to the online questionnaire, the experience that followed was certainly disappointing."
