She made errors I found, and agreed she had done this, then reneged her comment. Customer service is nonexistent. She is refusing to file my return!!! BBB is now involved!!! 8/28/2020 The information that was given to Tara was accurate, what she did with it was inaccurate. Her senior accountant was to check the return and file it when approved, she stated she would not charge me for her unprofessional preparation and poor customer service. I feel her response to my Review is not factual, and it is misleading. BBB closed review as she would not work with them. I found a professional to do my taxes."
