"Worst experience over the phone ! First time calling just to ask a simple question due to having to send something to Switzerland ! And I asked kindly “what is a A4 envelope” and he replied with an attitude “I don’t know!” And he hung up, Worst worst worst!!!! Never will I go back to this place nor call, so unprofessional! Someone was having a bad day and passing that horrible vibe to others over the phone, it was a mans voice too. To be exact, I called Jan. 18 , 2024 on a Thursday afternoon @ 2:35pm ! If you don’t like your job find another one!"

"There was a problem with the internet, but the dude on shift went all out to get it fixed. It took a little bit, but it was all good in the end. If you're in downtown Tempe and don't feel like going to ASU's campus to ship something, this place will make it happen, no doubt."

"Arrived on Sunday and they had closed over 1 hour early “just because.” No notice was left on the door. ****UPDATE**** You need to update your hours on google maps then, as it clearly states that the store is open until 4PM. I put in a request for them to update, but as the business owner you should follow-up to ensure this is changed promptly. Thank you!"

"Came in Monday afternoon to get my car title notarized and Andrew was very helpful! Within 10 minutes I was in and out of the store. Even was able to drop off a couple of my school books I rented from amazon."
