"Horrible experience. Single filer tax prep with No complicated issues, no itemization now, took 6 weeks to prepare and cost 650 dollars. Used Charles Charvoz who explained " their prices go up annually, and said that payment plan could be arranged" Really??? I have never in 55 years, paid more than $350. Pathetic, and frankly, CRIMINAL. Please consider your much better options, carefully."
