"Worst customer service. The female representative I encountered had a horrible attitude and was not customer service forward. They acted like they were ready to fight when I asked a question about their procedures. Very unhelpful, would have appreciated if they stated that they didn't know instead of give me the wrong answer. I will be going to another ups from now on."

"I had an extremely disappointing experience with this UPS store. Our passports were mis-sorted and ended up in East Coast Philadelphia instead of Los Angeles, causing us to miss the Canadian visa stamping deadline. The staff's lack of concern and failure to expedite the shipment to LA or back to me once they discovered the error was frustrating. The whole process was poorly handled, and the time wasted at the store seeking information was unacceptable. To add to the frustration, they didn't even refund my money. A complete let down and I wouldn't recommend their services."

"I came here to pick up a package that I missed the delivery of by Amazon. I came about four days after missing the delivery and they had my package. The two employees that were working. There were very nice and professional and we’re very helpful with everything."

"Store is convenient but sometimes the UPS driver says they attempted to deliver a package but they didn't. I was home all day. They provide many services, including notary and passport photos. See pictures of services."

"Remember that you have a choice when shipping. Pictured is what $250 in shipping gets you from UPS. They will gladly accept your money to ship and the additional money to protect your shipment but when your shipment is damaged, they will say and do anything they can to avoid having to come through on their end. They keep wanting to shift the blame to anyone but themselves claiming that it wasn't packed right (packed exactly how they suggested), that it wasn't their fault (whose fault would it be once in their possession?), that you picked a declared value but that doesn't mean they'll cover it and their damage department makes the call if it was their fault (what?), that they don't need to see the package to know it was packed incorrectly (again, what?). I've been dealing with this since the end of March and still UPS claims this isn't their fault. With all the other carriers out there, you can do better. I post this because I don't want UPS to destroy anyone else's expensive shipments."
