"Very disappointed with the team currently running this office. I loved pima back 2016-2018. After 2020, things starting getting worse. I had to cancel my joint account with an ex and that was done incorrectly. Found out 2 years later my name was still on that account, making me liable. Fast forward to 2023, bought my car through them no problem. Dealt with James(?) who tried helping me lower my APR a smidge but didn't give me the full details, thus I never got the APR discount from August to February. Wanted to see about some credit card debt help, James was supposed to talk to the finance folks since my credit was already pulled from my car loan. Radio silence. Went down there on Feb 9th 2024 and dealt with Matt Szymeczek. He told me I was basically a great candidate and wanted to help me with my high BoA credit card APR. And again radio silence after pulling my credit. I was denied and that was so disheartening as Matt was extremely confident I'd be approved. He didn't call me or return any messages via email or voicemail. I called them on the 14th and spoke with James again who told me I was denied and no further info. Tried for an exception supposedly that I never heard back from. Stopped back in on the 16th and was just lied to. No compassion like the older team. Will be finding a new credit union to play with going forward. Zero follow through. Sent them a message like the comment requested and radio silence. Such a joke."

"ATM never works! So after hours I have to pay an atm fee at another institution. I have let them know about this on many occasions and it still hasn’t been resolved. Even today during working hours the atm was out of order for deposits."

"This outfit recently pulled the kind of stunt I would expect from a for-profit bank, rather than my own credit union. I went inside the bank and gave the human teller a debit card from another credit union to make a payment on a loan I had with Pima. They charged me a $2.00 “ATM Fee” for the transaction. That stunt is going to cost them far more in future business from me than $2.00. Pretty dumb and short-sighted for an institution that is supposedly community-oriented."

"Not surprised that this location has such a low rating. Poor customer service, they only look after their money, lie to customers. Restricted my Zelle account as well as my friend, has taken a month to get mine unrestricted but my friend is still restricted who banks at a different bank. PFCU not helping much to get it unrestricted!! Some of the employees needs to take classes on how to provide good customer service."

"Jack and Matt deserve all the praise and raises I swear! I will never belong to any other bank but Pima Federal. Jack and Matt are amazing and I’m so grateful for all their help that they have given me. As well as the way they actually care about me as a person and a customer with Pima!! I recommend them to any customer of Pima’s that comes in or anyone who is looking for a great bank."
