"This store is the best in customer service that I have been to. Now, it has become the only one that I am willing to go to. I used to only deal with Tiffany and trusted her enough that I would give her my debit card to pay no matter where I was in the store. She is a rare employee. Now that Tiffany is gone I only deal with GG. I always call to make to make sure he is there before I go. He is AVERY efficient, positive, funny and kind. He is a true asset to your store. There are no others that can compare."

"Owner has hired some real efficient staff. Looks like there is only 4 people who work here since I’ve been coming in of late. The bigger gentleman seems real in tune with all the ins and outs of the store, and is very knowledgeable with great service. The two younger guys are always helpful and play some groovy music. The lady, who’s the newest to the crew, has picked up on what to do here fast. She’s quick and swift. They all get along and interact well with customers. Best ups store in the valley!"

"I consistently have an amazing experience here. Everyone is always friendly and most of all fast. Today I was in and a gentleman, I assume the manger because he’s always there.. helped me get all of my various labels printed, sorted and ready to go. He always helps keep all my stuff organized. I’ve never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for help, because they are always fully staffed. I go out of my way to use this location be everyone there is awesome."

"I've visited this store multiple times in the last several weeks and had nothing but positive experiences each time. Staff has been courteous and helpful. I'm usually in and out pretty seamlessly. The parking is small and shared, but nothing can really be done there. I've never seen the guy in the video from 2 weeks ago. I go approximately once a week in the afternoon. Have a good day all."

"Employees here are usually really nice, but tried picking up a package today, and employee completely snapped at me when he couldn’t find it in the back and I showed him tracking number that said it was there. He cursed and threw my stuff out the door."
