"I WAS a big fan of UPS , until today! Went in with a label I needed to print so that I may ship an iPhone back and was greeted by a person that informed me that I might want to print the shipping label at home or at work, when I asked if I could just print it there and take care of it in one place I was informed that I could, but then I would have to pay for the page that gets printed. In the spirit of saving time and gasoline of course, I then asked how much a copy would come out to and was told that the cost is $5.75. I asked three separate times if he was quoting me accurately. The other customer in the store started laughing, and stated that “I should pull the trigger now before the price goes up”. I understand paying $.75 or even a dollar for one page of a shipping label that was purchased through you guys but $5.75 is robbery. I do hope you are not using these tactics across all UPS stores because just as I walked out, shaking my head, I’m sure others will follow. This experience will cost me to avoid using UPS in the future. I do hope this issue gets addressed across all of your stores."

"I love this UPS Store. I do all my shipping here and they have consistently treated me like a VIP every time. My most recent shipping required some added attention due to some challenges in the packaging and shipping, and the owner personally went above and beyond to more than accoommodate my situation. I will always do my shipping here... and you should too!!!"

"I went to this location to send a card, here in Phoenix, he changed to me $1.50 , when I ask why he said very rude well that's what we charged. I didn't know that one stamp is only 63cents . My card wasn't heavy. Never going to go there anymore.I only payed because I didn't want to drive to the post office."

The edges were in rough shape but they were able to clean the edges and rebind it, making it look like a new book. That and the digital conversion took less than 30 minutes.
