"The service has declined over the last 6 months. Somehow, regular customer’s information has been deleted from their system. The agent had to type in the information from my drivers license multiple times and still misspelled my name. Additionally, the scale wasn’t working properly. Observing interactions with other customers, the service is simply transactional and training is lacking. Maybe it’s time to return to the Post Office for my shipments."

"I had a mailbox here for 6 months, and it was the best experience. Everyone, literally everyone, who worked here while I was a customer had the best, most service-oriented attitudes. The location was really convenient to the 51 freeway and therefore to other errands I often needed to run. It seems like the staff is really good about learning who their customers are and building relationships with them. Many times I would go to pick up packages, and before I even told them why I was there or showed a pick up slip, they'd just run to the back and grab any new deliveries for me. It was like "Cheers" became a UPS Store!"
