"The worst! I've had a Auto loan with them four 4 year within the last 2 I have to update my auto insurance by sending in my id cards. Every 6 months and every time its rejected. It takes hours for me sending in the paperwork because they ALWAYS reject it. Its progressive so it isn't a small company Then they add their scam insurance to my loan. I never get any help when I call in to see how I can prevent this from happening no one has answers. I understand why you need the proof but you make it extremely difficult to provide it and why arent you already notified that i have insurance. They tell me why its happening but not how to fix it. Because they want to charge you the insurance to ncrease interest. I will never get a loan with them again. Scammers adding unnecessary charges with no one to help. I will write this review on every location because they are truly terrible."
