"I just want to give a shout out to Mallory in the Pharmacy. I do really feel like customer service is lost art so above and beyond is really rare to see. She was able to help me when no one else was. I’ve always loved this Walgreens and the people that work at it, but I am especially grateful to the customer service that she provided to me today."

"I just sat in a half hour plus line at the drive through pharmacy just to get bold face lied to. Alisa was the name of the attendant that needs to be terminated ASAP. My dentist prescription for medicated mouth was send here. Alisa told me they weren't equipped to do compounding there. And said I have to go to a different location. And to me to get back in line while she called them. I called them and got through in five minutes. The guy at the other location said "they are equipped to do it they are just being lazy." I then got a voicemail from Alisa saying she couldn't get through. She didn't even call if I got through in minutes then she could have. So that's the second lie. Attention Walgreens management fire Alisa!"
