"Unfortunately, I bought my daughter rings from here for her birthday and when we went in to exchange for different size, the girl helping us was rude, snarky and i knowledgeable. When she asked my daughter’s ring size we said we weren’t sure and she rolled her eyes. She said they don’t size people there????? This is definitely a lose lose situation for Pandora"

"First time buying a Pandora bracelet with 5 charms, i get a free bracelet for the buy. Good experience inside the store, the second lady who attended me was more dedicated in my interest in choosing the charms. She attended to me in Spanish language. My wife loves the bracelet and charms that were a surprise for Christmas. I will return to the store to see if they can fix the free bracelet. Depending on if they fix the problem, I will post a new review. Thanks"

"Unfortunately, this location did not meet the mark. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. I tried to assist the sales associates by grabbing a book to select what I wanted in hopes to make the process seamless with Christmas being near. After waiting 10 minutes I was then greeted and asked to wait for 5 more minutes which I wasn't bothered initially, but after noticing the sales lady Serenity finished helping a customer to leave from Next to me and start stocking I was a bit concerned. With needing to buy this gift for my daughter, I said I would wait in hopes someone would come. They had a system of putting people on computer waiting but they weren't following it. A gentleman came in after me and interrupted Tatiana and then he was taken directly after while I continued to wait. At this point I told her that I'm not sure of why that customer was taken before me if we were doing the computer system and I was still standing there. I would not recommend this location."

"Horrible customer service. My mom stayed to wait for our turn and when it was our turn and I came back in. As I’m about to ask for what I want the attending told us I had to be put on the list, we told him we are a party of 2. Still proceeds to tell us he can’t tend to us and needs to make sure we were next, being rude and arrogant in the process, he disregards my mom, makes a scene to the rest of the store with “im only making sure you’re next when I have other people waiting” when it was the front lady who directed us to him. Him mocking what my mom said using her same terminology of “welcoming lady” because she’s bilingual and with an accent was what made us leave, no need to shop somewhere they’re being rude in. He was was rude & with an attitude since the moment we got there, zero friendliness. Never seen someone be so annoyed and rude at someone who just walked in to a Jewelry store. So annoying"
