"New experience for me. This is not a large store and they do a lot of order shopping? You select anything you are after and they will get it if not available in the store. Not a large in store inventory yet I still liked this place."

"This was our fifth purchase from Blue Nile. We’ve never had a bad experience until now. We purchased a new engagement ring and wedding band at the beginning of December (12/2) and were told the order would be delivered by 12/14. As of 1/15/24, our order isn’t complete. The shipping date online continues to get pushed out with no proactive communication from Blue Nile. The showroom team has no way of getting any updates. Very little communication comes from the company and when we do hear from a customer service representative, the message is generic, pacifying, and lacking any real information. I couldn’t be more disappointed."

He answered all my questions and showed me a variety of rings that suited my preferences and budget. He even showed me his own rings for inspiration, which I really appreciated.
