"We came down from Illinois to visit friends and relatives. Stopped in to see if they had anything different. Nothing caught my eye so Serg started to show me loose gems. He had a beautiful Indicolite stone & said he could make a ring in a style of my choosing. We talked about what I wanted & he gave me a price & said he could do it in about 2 weeks. I agreed. 12 days later I received a message from Serg saying the ring was done & ready to ship. He also sent a picture. It was beautiful. I received the ring today and it wasn’t beautiful. It was gorgeous! Serg did an excellent job and delivered on time. He was so nice & listened to what I wanted. The entire experience was great. Can’t wait to show it off.
