"Replace 3 small pearls in a ring, but it was botched! Promised one week but took over 3 weeks. He didn’t have the size of pearls, and put pearls for necklace, so there were 3 holes on top! He didn’t have the pearls, so pearls are too big, too heavy, different size and color…the glue is messy. I will take it to another Jewelry place to get it right and get it to looking like the original. The staff is nice, but lost confidence in the repair and owner, no eye for detail! "
