My sister had me do a pick up at this location for my birthday gift and when I got there and they told me it’s 50% off in birthday and 25% off fragrance for birthdays I had to add another necklace and perfume! Fell in love with this beautiful jewelry!!! Thank you for the great experience!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. I received a personalized necklace with my children’s initials on it for Christmas. It broke and I brought it into the store. The lady asked for the proof of purchase and I showed her the order number and proof of purchase for her to proceed to tell me there’s nothing they can do and they won’t back the quality and replace or repair their Demi fine quality necklaces. This is assanine. I’m purchasing their “fine” jewelry collection only for it to break and they don’t stand behind it. Steer clear away."

"Kristine is a Manager and excellent to work with. Kendra Scott Customer Service was out of stock of an item and they gave me this Store 265005 to call because they had the items. I do not live in Scottsdale AZ. I ordered 3 different times from here. I had a problem at the store ordering the third time and Kristine helped me get everything corrected for the future. She made me a profile that had my Billing address and the Correct shipping Address, they were different. She is going to talk to the person that did the 3rd order to show them how to do this profile. so it will not happen to someone else. THANKS KRISTINE for making it easier for the future orders.
