"I will NOT be going back..I came here about a month and a half ago, and was not impressed with the Grooming in proportion to the price that I paid. They automatically added the tip without my consent, and to be honest, I wasn’t very happy with the results. The groomer was Heather McBride. Because they’re so close to my home I thought I’d give them a second chance, and again was disappointed. The groomer, Heather McBride basically told me when I got there that she wasn’t sure that she could give or provide a haircut for my dog. Even though my dog has been to several of the other groomers and was fine. I decided to give this place a second chance because it was so close to my home. it appeared to me that she really just didn’t want to groom my dog that day. She was able to successfully talk me out of not having my dog groom there. I will not be going back or referring any of my friends or neighbors to this groomer or salon."
