"Sadly this location (Anthem) the staff is horrible, rude and dismissive. I have attempted shopping this location twice, thinking it was just an off day but NO…nasty, rude and unwelcoming. My last attempt was today, tried calling to check on an item and I was rude told to wait, phone slapped down on the counter and left there for over 48 minutes until I finally hung up. It would be one thing if they were super busy but lucky me, DT does use a hold button so I sat there and listened to staff banter the entire time I waited…WOW, what a joke"
