"This location will replace tarnished metal once. If the replacement also tarnishes, just toss it because they will not replace it again. This happened to 2 bracelets within one week of purchase. Bracelets were not exposed to any chemicals or water, only to AZ sweat if you’re outside for more than a second. Company should highly recommend items that do not have issues in the heat, otherwise you wear an $80 item for 10 days, than throw it in the trash. It doesn’t make sense to make something so cheap, and then “guarantee replacement.” This has happened to multiple people I’ve spoken to, and they all stopped purchasing KS items."
