"I'm delayed in posting this and it could get lengthy, but hang on with me... My sister and her (now) fiance had a 2 week vacation planned in Germany and Italy. Now, I'll admit, it wasn't the best planning, but her fiance called me 48 hours before they were about to fly out and said he really wanted to propose to her on the Amalfi Coast. DREAM come true, right?! Well, here's the deal, he had no ring and her ring size is not a showcase room size 6. I called EVERYWHERE, and no one had a size 8 ring in stock and quoted me a minimum of 3-5 days for sizing. Until... Seth at this Jared location. Seth is AMAZING! He answered my call, listened to my manic situation and simply said "I will come in on my day off tomorrow. I'm going to send you a link to look at rings that we have in stock, and then you have to be here as soon as we open the doors so I can get the ring sized same day." That is exactly what we did. A band was picked out, I showed up, Seth was the first one to greet me and it's a love story from there! Seth went above what any other jeweler was willing to do, and he is now a big part in their engagement story. I can only imagine what he can do for a happy couple when he has more than 24 hours to help Thank you, Seth!"
