I received a necklace for the holidays that I didn’t want, I traded it in for a beautiful ring instead actually it was two rings! I was only wanting one and well somehow I ended up buying two! However, it was the best decision I ever made! The ring will forever bring me happiness. The team in Helzberg were so awesome as they remembered me when I was in the store previously, and they are so caring. I even left my phone behind and the manager was so kind he found me upstairs in another store to return it to me! I was so beyond grateful for that extra customer service! He is super sweet!! If I could give 10 stars I would!"
