"I don't recommend this business. We initially contacted him to replace a bathroom door. He couldn't help us with this. We also needed a window replaced. He didn't do the work himself but had another company do the work. We were sent an invoice from Mark with an option to pay online. Without a warning or notification, a $15.21 fee was added to my payment. No where on the invoice does it state that a $15.21 fee would be added. If I had known ahead of time, I would have mailed him a check for the price of a stamp. I felt this was very deceiving. I emailed him regarding this issue on Nov. 15th. I have yet to receive a response. He was very slow in responding to my husband's text messages, and he hasn't responded to my husband's last text message."

"I haven't had the opportunity to have work done with Mark or "I know a guy" home repairs. However this evening I did have the opportunity to meet Mark in a not so ideal setting. I had a not so minor car issue in the parking lot of a business. To say the least, I was stranded with my 4 children- AAA service unable to help me for over 90 mins. Mark and a number of other very kind people, jumped to my rescue! Without his quick actions and directing the other people willing to help, I most def would have been stranded for hours in that parking lot. If he runs his business with as much care and integrity as I saw in the 30 mins I spent with him tonight- I would definitely trust him in my home doing work. I highly recommend Mark and his character! Thank you Mark!!"
"I found Mark on a Sat and he was very easy to reach by phone and discuss my project. After planning and setting an appt Mark came out a few days later and hung a TV for me and ran all of the wiring through the wall. His installation included adding a 120v outlet to plug the TV in directly behind it and 2x HDMI/1x coax for added equipment. The finish is absolutely amazing and I really enjoy how it all looks in my living room. I've had nothing but compliments from family and friends who have come over. I would not hesitate to call again for any number of possible home projects I might have in the future. Thanks so much Mark!"
