"I went in there with a gold coin valued at $250.00. The man behind the counter said there was no gold in the coin. They lost a good, loyal customer for life. He made me feel stupid. I went to another coin shop and got $250.00 for that coin. How does one star suit you?"
"Always the best service, buying or selling currency, coins, rounds, and commemoratives, gold, silver, and historic autographs. This store is tops and won't cheat you."
"When I lived in Arizona this was the only coin shop I would go to every weekend. They have a great bid board and you can get awesome deals. Bidding ends Saturday at noon."
"I had until recently been a regular customer at this shop. It used to be wonderful and Seth was great to work with. On my two most recent visits however Seth was 'not available' and no phone messages have been returned. I most recently have been buying wheaties there. On my last two purchases I have been shorted in the count on the pennies. Most recently however was the one that did me in. I purchased 5.00 face value, ended up with 4.74 face value and I had 18 pennies in the mix that were not wheaties, I bought two other coins in the purchase but was charged 4.00 more per coin that the sign in the case indicated. I had called since to talk to Seth about this, but am constantly told that 'he is on the phone' or 'he is with someone'. I am sorry but I have the feeling that I am a second or third class person from one of the guys there and I cannot put up with it anymore. I hope you have better results than I have had recently."
"If your selling gold or silver bullion to these guys they will pay a competitive price. But don't sell numismatic gold coins there! Jeremy is right in saying they condecend the quality of your coins. I brought a 20 and a $10 gold piece last summer, and they declared them as being fairly poor quality. Instead, I went to The Glass Shoppe, and was offered $141 more, for the same 2 coins. In addition to which, the owner praised the quality of my extra fine condition coins. I would recommend The Glass Shoppe, as the owner will tell you, "I'm a very eager buyer". HE pays the best prices in Tucson. Not these guys."
