"They replaced my battery like every other time in the last 5 years. This time my watch was returned without the side turn piece to change time. After bringing it to their attention they stated that it did not happen with them during battery replacement. So I paid for a new one to be put on the watch Instead the swapped it with a cheap very cheap side piece. No diamond on it and now it's peeling. I paid over 65 for this piece and it's cheap. Go somewhere else they obviously do not care about long term customers"
"I brought in my Great Grandfathers Hamilton Railway Special that wasn't working. This pocket watch is 60+ years old and I don't know how long is was not operational. It was very sentimental to my father and family. I dropped it off in December of 2021. They informed me that it wasn't going to be easy or cheap to fix but I assured them I didn't mind. It took them almost two years of scouring for parts and labor to get it operational again. They consistently checked in with me and always remembered my name over the years. They ended up spending more money fixing the watch than they were making off the repair. I've never been more grateful and pleased with a result from ANY jeweler or watch repair center. They've also helped me with my other wristwatches. I'll be going here for the rest of my days!"
