"Went in for service to replace the batteries for two of my watches. The business had undergone a change of ownership and my account details may have been lost in the system but I had purchased a lifetime warranty that wasn't showing up. Katrina honored my membership status for a silver watch and serviced my Nixon at a discount. She also replaced the battery for the watch I was wearing as it was about to come out of warranty next month. Katrina was super kind, knowledgeable and has background in the industry. "My beloved antique engagement ring broke into pieces so I brought it in to Fast Fix at park place mall for repair. In addition to the break it was missing quite a few diamonds as well. When I initially brought it in they weren’t sure if the ring could be brought back to original condition but I just picked it up and my expectations have been beyond exceeded. Mo did an INCREDIBLE job and I couldn’t be happier! They fixed the break, replaced all the stones, and shined it up and it looks better than I’ve ever seen it. I am beyond happy.
