"I live in Canada and ordered from them. I recieved an email a couple of weeks later asking me how I like the product I ordered. I was also asked that if I had not yet recieved it to just respond back to that email to let them know which I did since my product had not come in. Due to uncontrollable circumstances my product was being held at customs. A nice guy named Jeff called me the next day after having sent the response of not having recieved my product. He reassured me that this sometimes happens and just to wait a week or two more in case the product would be released from customs and sent to me. Forward a couple of weeks later and product still not out of customs so I called All Bird Products, left a message and recieved a call back shortly after from Jeff. He offered me a refund and was totally understanding of the situation. This was a true example of exemplary service. Very trustworthy and I would order from them again without a doubt. Thank you Jeff for such a great service. Even if I did not recieve my product, Jeff was awesome and demonstrated that there still are some good, honest and reliable people in the world."
