"Not impressed with this company. I had someone come out to my house two weeks ago to give me an estimate for roof and electrical work. He told me he’d have the estimate to me early the following week. Well, now it’s been two weeks and no estimate. I’ve called a couple of times and talked to the receptionist Brooke, both times she acted surprised and always put me off and said she would talk to Joe and he would get back to me. No word from Joe... I’m done and moving on, I find it very unprofessional and obviously the “care” for the customer is lacking."

Joe kept me informed about some nuances with the pergola project and recommendations regarding repeating the process in about 6 months. I was very impressed with everyone's professionalism and reliability in showing up on time.
