"Went to get my puppy groomed booked with Jessica AND SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I checked in a little after 4:30 my appointment was at 5 and from the moment I walked I got the impression she did not want to groom my puppy. She was asking 21 questions and the ones I didn’t know I simple said idk they groomed her at another location idk the size of clippers or scissors they used. (The lady that checked me in said there was no notes from the other location) She rolled her eyes and said what kind of comb do you use at home I told her what kind and that I purchased it from pet smart and she got annoyed she said she wouldn’t brush my mini schnauzer out if she had knots, so I asked her if she even wanted to cut my puppies hair and she said “give her, her dog back and u can book service with someone else” she was unbelievably unprofessional and rude I would not recommend her. The lady who checked me in tho was super nice and gave me the mangers number name and extension and apologized. Jessica was the old white lady with black glasses and white hair that probably needed to retire along time ago. I would not trust her with my puppy!"
"went in to the grooming place and was helped by biance, she was very rude and unhelpful. was trying to set my dogs up for grooming and vaccinations. never bringing my dogs here. 0/10 recommend. rude people with humans imagine my babies that aren’t able to speak."

"Jose the groomer here is fantastic!! He’s been grooming family dogs for years. Now I take my two dogs to see him and his work is so beautiful!! I’ve had a lot of groomers for my wheaten terrier but Jose is the best. He’s so patient with my dogs and the haircuts come out flawless!! And Jose is also so beyond kind and friendly. You can tell he loves his job! And the dogs love him too! Thanks Jose for being the best groomer for Mazda and Mavis! We appreciate you each and everytime!"
