"I don't know what kind of work they do because we did not get there, (the only reason I am giving it more than 1 star). I walked in and they were chatting with friends but quick to acknowledge me. I needed a necklace repaired and showed it to the woman. She took it to the back and said they could fix it for $50 bucks. I told them that was pretty pricey as it was a short silver necklace... they shrugged and said too bad. I got my necklace repaired at J's Jewelry & Repair for $10 and it looks great. Don't waste your money here."

"Buyers beware! I took my ring because the diamond was loose and I wanted to know if it could be repaired.The guy took it back into his office for 10 minutes…Long story short the guy did something that he hoped would “keep it in place” in the meantime but that it needed a new head that would cost $350-$450. He then wants to charge for whatever he did, without obtaining consent first, leaving my diamond off center! He did not tell me he was going to do anything that required a charge and he did not tell me that he does not take debit/credit cards."
