"Had a really bad experience here on 05/09/2023 at about 6:15 pm. I went in for an online pickup right after work. I had ordered two shirts but when I got home, I only had one shirt. I called them immediately and they told me to come in so they can fix that. When I got there, I was greeted by the manager Penny (this was about 7:15 or 7:30 pm 05/09/2023). She says it said scanned on my bag and that it must have been in there. I assured her that it wasn’t there. I had even gone as far as to look through my trunk before calling them. She said she would go check in the back and that she would be right with me. When she came back, she had the missing shirt. She told me that she called the previous manager that put my order together and that she said she knew for a fact it had been put it in my bag. She said she would honor it this one time all while insinuating I was a thief or looking to get something out of them. She was very rude so I told her I didn’t want my shirts anymore especially after being treated like that. She then pushed the bags towards me and said something along the lines of “No you’re going to take it” and “Next time check your bag before leaving.” I do agree, I should’ve checked my bag before leaving but it didn’t cross my mind considering I’m a very frequent shopper there and never had an issue with online pickups. One thing I will not stand for is being called a liar and a thief. That is a poor judgment on my character and did not deserve to get treated like that. My husband later called to clear things up and Penny asked if we wanted anything. I find that insulting because we are simply bringing light to an issue and she still thinks we want something out of this. All we want is for you guys to do better."

"Great store. Awesome selection of women's plus sizes that many of the Old Navy stores don't carry. Limited men's selection. Sales associates were very helpful and friendly. Glad we took the time stopped in."
